Seth Rogin is President and Chief Commercial Officer of Assured Performance Intelligence, a McClatchy Company built to deliver unprecedented, guaranteed outcomes to advertisers through a proprietary system that brings together AI-fueled predictive analytics, a powerfully precise consumer targeting engine, and a collection of owned and operated brands in entertainment and news media along with more than 70,000 physical retail touchpoints across the US.

Rogin is a highly regarded leader in digital advertising and trusted media, having previously served as CEO of the news industry's Nucleus Marketing Solutions, a joint venture of Hearst, Gannett, McClatchy and Tribune, as well as having been Mashable's first CRO, and VP of Advertising at The New York Times for more than a decade. While at The Times, Rogin was known for launching new and innovative products that supported great journalism while delivering on the high-caliber expectations of the world's leading advertisers and agencies, including leading the launch and growth of T: The New York Times Style Magazine.

Seth is Chairman of the Executive Council of The Oxford Future of Marketing Initiative at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he is also an Associate Fellow of the school. In this capacity, Rogin continues to teach classes on the digital transformation of business and media. He was also co-director of a program teaching about the marketing of news to business and editorial leaders across Europe and APAC.

Seth sits on the Boards of the Ad Club of New York as well as The Jerry Garcia Foundation. A born-and-bred true New Yorker, he is an active Broadway investor, with productions that have earned four Tony awards and 16 nominations.

Rajiv Pant has served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at The Wall Street Journal and Hearst Magazines, led technology at Conde Nast and Reddit, and was Chief Technology Officer at The New York Times. His work in natural language processing and machine learning for news media began early in his career and later included deepfake detection systems at the Journal. He was an advisor to you.com since the founding and is the founding technology advisor to ScalePost.AI and TrustGuard AI. For McClatchy and API, Rajiv designed and built the content scaling platform, a demographic and funnel-aware system that enables marketers to create and deliver relevant content at scale.

A practitioner of synthesis engineering and synthesis coding, Rajiv brings a disciplined approach to human-machine collaborative development. His work ensures that technology amplifies editorial and creative expertise rather than replacing it.

Rajiv was recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader. Through Flatiron Software, he partners with organizations building next-generation content and commerce platforms.
